TMB substrates
One-component TMB substrates for membrane assays
his type of TMB solutions is supplied as a ready-to-use mono-component liquid, containing TMB and H2O2 in an acidic buffer, designed for membrane assays, like immunoblottings and microarray or chips.
In the presence of peroxidase, for example HRP, these substrates will produce a coloured, insoluble, permanent end product at the reaction site.
TMB solution III (Product No. TMB-P-001)
Develops a purple end product at the reaction site. Stable of 2 years at 4°C.
TMB solution VIII (Product No. TMB-P-003)
Like TMB solution III, this version of TMB solution is also designed for immuoblotting procedures. But it develops a blue end product at the reaction site. Stable of 2 years at 4°C.
