Blocking Buffers
It is designed to block the ELISA microwell plates or latex beads coated with antigens or antibodies. Provides very good blocking. This is supplied as a 5xconcentrate. Stable for 2 years if stored at 4°C. Dilute by 1/5 with 0.85% (w/v) NaCl prior to use as required, i.e. mix 1 part of the concentrate with 4 parts of 0.85% saline.
